Outback Cabin Rentals In Gatlinburg TN

"We have stayed here twice and the host was always wonderful and went above and beyond. The first time our other rental (unaffiliated with outback) canceled on us the day before we were to be there and I luckily I called Sabrina by chance who was able to get us in a rental immediately. It was very clean, spacious and well maintained. She always responded by email and text quickly if we needed her. We stayed again this year and it was just as good. Sabrina really cares about all these rentals as if they were her own and treats people well. It’s more of a sleepy neighborhood community than resort style which I liked."

"DO NOT STAY HERE!! On our recent trip, our group had numerous problems with this company. First, we were told check-in time was 3pm. When we arrived right at 3pm on our first day, the cabin had clearly not been cleaned: dirty linens, lots of trash and items in the fridge. After much effort in tracking down the company (didn’t answer texts or calls for quite some time), we finally got them to bring the cleaners out by 6pm. This is after we were told the cleaners were on their way and would only take 30 minutes, and they still weren’t there 1.5 hours later after we left the cabin to go to the pool while they cleaned. Extremely inconvenient, especially with a 2 and 3 year old in our group. We had to sit outside on the porch while they cleaned our cabin. Our stay was fine but then we received another unpleasant surprise when we were told we would be charged for damage to a vacuum that no one in our group ever used (or even knew was there)! The manager would not speak to us on the phone about this or allow us to speak to the owner, as requested. The manager simply informed me that the credit card on file would be charged for the cost of a new vacuum. This place is a joke! Again, do not stay here."

"The cabin was the best part of my stay! (Since Labour day weekend had streets packed with cars moving at 20 mph). We were a party of 11 staying at Walkabout Way. The cabin was exactly like the photos. maybe better. Our hot tub was dirty but they fixed it as soon as we told them. There was no restriction on check in time. The roads leading there are sure steep and not for a new driver. There are a lot of rules around the cabin but I have lived in other cabins and they have it too. We booked not too much in advance and yet got a pretty cheap deal of 720$ for two nights for a huge 4 bedroom cabin. This is probably the cheapest around there."
