"Love the workout! You can talk me into about anything as long as you allow me to punch and kick but this went above and beyond my expectations! I love the bag work followed by strength training. By far one of my favorite places I have ever worked out and one of my favorite workouts! The staff are all really friendly and knowledgeable about form tips."
