"Everyone was so kind but not condescending. Seemed like I had know them for a long time. There was a problem with my insurance and they didn't make me stand and wait while it was resolved. The receptionists went and got another patient a cup of water and a hard candy when she was coughing, without being asked. Kindness goes a long way."
