She always listens to me if I have any concerns about something or if I'm sick! If your looking for a PCP in Blue ridge I highly recommend this place! I've also seen Kelsey before a few times and she's amazing and SO sweet as well!"

They take their time to address all of your concerns and answer any questions you may have. I fell outside their office and they came running out to tend to my injuries which were serious. They just make you feel like a family member and that you are special to them."

"I have been a patient of Dr. Gary for about 3 months. I was assigned to him after the PA I was using left. An example of the types of visits I have experienced have included extremely long waits. Today I waited in the exam room for 1 hour and 10 minutes. I left without seeing him. No one should have to wait that long for an 8:30 appointment. I found him short and rude with his responses on previous visits. When checking out the receptionist said he would be there shortly. As of now I haven't received a phone call or email from him. I at least expected an apology. My wife and I will be changing PCP's to a more caring and efficient practice. I will NEVER recommend this practice to anyone."
