"Went to Promotions for both my hip surgery recoveries and was very satisfied. In February, 2022, had right reverse shoulder surgery and the nerve block in my neck caused nerve damage. When I started physical therapy, the PT suggested besides PT, I should have OT. Sadly,, it took the doctor over a month to correctly write the order, but I started OT in May. At one time, I was going to Promotions 5 days a week but that was because my insurance would not pay for PT and OT on the same day. Well, I am recovering! I have one more PT session and I will continue to go to OT as long as I can. The best part of Promotions is it’s all in one including massage! I take advantage of getting massage therapy every other week and will continue even after my PT and OT is done. I think Promotions needs to beef up their advertisements to promote massage therapy on-site. You have a real gem with Cindy. Although she is already licensed, she continues to spend her own money on furthering her massage technics. At times, far too many patients are scheduled for PT at the same time and this causes much confusion with the techs. I suspect that’s why there is such a turnover with personal. You have some very good techs. Incent them to stay. Pay them well, hire enough so you stop running them ragged. Deb is wonderful at the front desk, but she never gets a chance to sit down! When a tech is out,she is out on the floor doing tech work. While some jobs and businesses can allow for multitasking, it’s way too much for all your excellent employees. No wonder people leave. I feel i can say all of this because since mid 2020, Promotions has been my 2nd home."
