"I have used this facility for years and once enthusiastically recommended it, but no more. They are open fewer hours, wait times are longer, and service is less. At my last visit they quoted me one price for my copay, but billed me at another price weeks later...then they told me that it was not their responsibility to honor the pricing they quoted and that it was their policy not to adjust billing after insurance was filed. If course, I had no way of knowing they weren't honoring their word until after they filed insurance and billed me. The most inflexible customer service I've ever encountered."

"Not very pleased with Dr. Tapscott or his nurses. Called on Tuesday and asked to get my husband in for appointment and was told his nurse would call me back that afternoon...NO call.. They called the next day and spoke with my husband and again they said they would need to speak with his nurse and would call back. Agaim NO call. He landed up in urgent care on Saturday with pneumonia. We are through with this doctor who does not seem to care if he sees his patients or not or that his staff calls back in a timely manner."

"You think when you get sick you can go see your Dr.?!?! Nope! You get told to go to urgent care. Sicker than a dog you make it to urgent care because it's "cheaper" than the er, but you get seen before you can from your "family Dr". ( I may be wrong but that's what I thought your family physician was for!) You get checked in to be told you have a server stomach bug...... Wrong. You end up going to the er 3 days later to find out that you was wrongly diagnosed at urgent care and could have died! Make sure that your Dr properly checks you when you go to urgent care!"

"The wait times are atrocious. They make you wait out in your car, for half an hour when there is no one here and no one in the office. “Oh, we’ll call you”, yeah what a joke. Then you’re in the room for maybe a total of 10 minutes and then give you antibiotics for literally anything. Headache? Antibiotics. Literally vomiting uncontrollably? Antibiotics. Cold? Antibiotics. Like come on, how lazy can you be."

"We, our entire family, is cared for at this office. Son, is seen by Dr. Jay Schmidt. My son has very special needs. They have taken such good care. My husband and myself are seen by Wendy Hartsoe FNP . She is so concerned about every aspect of your care. I can't imagine anyone ever leaving this office feeling un-cared for. From Kim, at the front desk, to Renee one of the nurses, to (I apologized his name has escaped me) anyhow, the lab guy, whom gets us in the first stick EVERYTIME. I am sorry others have had bad experiences, but if I could give them 10 stars I would."
