The Falls Pediatrics PLUS Urgent Care

"Not happy at all with how my daughter is being "cared for". She's a t1d, and recently returned to school. She gets very anxious/stressed with school, and her blood sugars have been out of control. Her dr said he's nvr heard of anxiety effecting blood sugars, but upon calling her endo today, I was told that it absolutely DOES affect the blood sugar, making it high, especially in teenage girls. I dnt get phone calls returned when leaving them, I've actually had the office manager deny leaving a message from me. I plan on speaking to him once more, and if nothing changes and she won't be helped, I'm changing dr's and filing a formal complaint with the medical board. She also has other symptoms, but this is the most dangerous one! I'm at my witts end. My advice, seek another dr's office!"

"We moved our son to this pediatric office after visiting the urgent care a couple of times. We see Evan Deboard. This pediatrician office has been AMAZING. They are always able to see him on short notice. And they have been great working with us on his health and his mental health. I could not recommend this pediatric office enough. They've taken amazing care of my son, are super responsive to messages sent through the patient portal, and really spend the time to talk to me and to him."

"I used to bring my other child here years ago. I started bringing my second infant and it's not good anymore. Dr. McMath is still nice as always, but I cannot stand his nurse with the lighter brown hair/pale looking. I don't know her name, but she is terrible with babies. She was trying to give my child shots and put all her weight on my 2-month-old preemies legs against the table. she almost broke one of her legs had I not shoved her back off of her because she wasn't paying attention and one of my childs legs was turned wrong. Save yourself the trouble, advocate for your kids and go somewhere else!"

"I have been going to this pediatric office for 4 years now and I have never had issues! I started seeing Libby and she was phenomenal. The last two years, after she retired, I was seeing Dr. Masters and he was great too. Since he retired recently we have started seeing Jessica and she has been great as well! We saw her and another NP in the urgent care part a few times over the years and they have always went above and beyond for my kiddos. I've always loved that the providers here care so much about the kids and have never been pushy with anything. I appreciate this place!"
