The nurse was caring, and had a terrific personality. The doctor was thorough, personable, kind, understanding, and also had a great sense of humor! This office beats my former office in every way!"
"This was my primary doctor for several years and I always had a good experience with them. However, when I really needed to talk to someone about getting a referral to a specialist, the one time I called (and talked to an actual person) I couldn't get anyone to return my call. The next several times I called I had to leave messages...but no one ever called me back. I ended up physically going down there and that's when I was told that because I hadn't seen them in 2 years they could no longer see me. Like I said, I always had a good experiences when I went there for any reason but you have to see them at least once a year if you want to keep seeing them, apparently (or it could have been because they were my primary care physician and it was an insurance thing...I don't know because it wasn't really explained)."
