"Giving this place a 1 star review based on the incompetence of there billing process. When when your health insurance tells this is an in-network provider. Their own corporate billing dept says it’s in-network. But the staff at the front desk made me pay as if I had zero insurance. That’s unacceptable and for that you get a 1 star. Would give 0 but wouldn’t let me go that far. I may get some of my 190 back. But guaranteed not as fast as they took out."

"Was seen quickly after check-in. The nurse and provider were both very thorough and showed genuine concern. My wife and I are always treated very well, which why we don’t hesitate to go to Fast Pace if we can’t get into our PCP."

"So glad to have Fast Pace open on the weekends. We did preregistration online so no need to fill out paperwork in the office. We were able to choose a time online and it let us know how many people were ahead of us. Everyone was so kind. Kind and helpful at reception area. Super sweet nurse that was great with my daughter. Doctor Hill was so kind and knowledgeable. She made everyone feel very comfortable. Really good experience for my little one and us."

"Great experience! I saw Sara Seamen today and she was wonderful. I was able to pick a time online the night before, check in, and wait in my car until they were ready for me. They saw me quickly and my provider, Sara, was knowledgeable, efficient, AND friendly."

"I made a appointment time to come in which is not an appointment it adds your name on the list I set there for over an hour past my time even though the que said I was next for 30 minutes as they brought 3 people back in front of me. The doctor was great. But they did not send my prescription to the correct pharmacy and didn't tell me other wise. They closed right after I was finished so when I waited 2 hours before going to the pharmacy I told them to send it for them to tell me they never received anything from them. So I had to wait till they opened and call and see what happened. It was sent to a different pharmacy and she didn't know why. That's the only answer I got. No apology for making me wait for long periods of time and didn't seem to want to be bothered."
