"There is one Dr a this urgent care that I prefer not to see. She has terrible bed side manner, I had to go in twice for the same illness, and when she found that I was fond of the Dr Dianne Helms she never gave me the same treatment. She even told me once that if I thought I could get Dianne to come in on her day off then I didn't have to see her. Dianne Helms is a wonde ful doctor. She has treated me from the common cold to doing carpel injections. I don't know what I would have done without her. Diannes energy is like no other and to see someone connect with patients the way she does is nothing short of Amazing. I remember the days when we felt that way about most of our doctors. But today, it is a hard thing to say. But Dianne has truly made me feel like I can get great care and get it right the first time. When when she is there the staff are all happy and working hard for each other. But when the other is, no one even speaks and the staff seems like they are all mad at each other. You can always tell by the atmosphere who makes the best drs in a clinic. But Dianne Helms Thank You so much for all you have done for me and my family. You are a special woman!!!"
"Being a resident of Galax, it's hard to find a good doctor. But let me just say Dianne Helms has to be one of the best I have seen in years. My fiance has even been able to get shots in her knees from Dianne. I am so very thankful knowing that if I need to be seen and I need someone to get it right the first time I can count on this urgent care. Because Dr Helms is there."

She is absolutely the best doctor I’ve had in many years specially in Galax. She truly cares about her patients an she listens to what’s going on. I wish she could be our family primary care doctor.
