"Went at around 8 pm, no one in line or at the store - took 25 mins to get a smoothie and two pretzels. Asked for the sweet glaze and got what literally tasted like glue, it was completely separated and for sure past its best. I’ve tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt but it has been consistent bad food and service."

But the past two times I’ve been to this location I’ve ordered a total of 4 regular pretzels and each one has been so over cooked on the bottom I’ve had to throw almost half of the pretzels away we couldn’t eat them. Just wanted to make it known so the employees here could maybe pay more attention to that issue."
