"the local ordinances for this beach are ridiculous, you can not have anything other than single pole sunshades. so this leaves those annoying flapping tents only which are really loud. Local township is run by a bunch of Karens. try another beach"

"Just a few parking spots, so get there early. Easy access to a lovely beach. No litter or mess. It was a lovely morning. Beach patrol came by a couple of times just to check. It wasn’t too crowded and people respected space. And a huge plus, the showers, toilets and clearly marked garbage cans. Good job Ocean Isle!"

"You come down south, you go to the beach. It's that simple. Each beach is its own environment. There's a fair amount of seashells at this beach, so walking is interesting lol."

"We arrived around 9 AM and there was hardly anyone on the beach, which was nice. The public parking is very limited so we were lucky to get a great spot so close to the beach. It was low tide so we were able to get a comfortable spot on a hill overlooking the ocean. The only trash I spotted where we sat were cigarette butts, so please be mindful of others and the wildlife and throw your trash away."

"Clean convenient especially off-season they do have restrooms however the parking leaves much to be desired but the homes are so close it’s really not a long walk from where your staying to go right out to the public beach."
