"Out of the Blue is a great place to pick up delicious gourmet food- the best baguette in town is there. Sarah helps me find the perfect wine for any occasion. Her wine knowledge is astonishing. I have learned so much about what cheese pairs with which wine, and how different wine regions affect flavor notes. I also love all the beautiful heavily patterned European ceramics and fine linens. It’s a pretty shop, warm and inviting, just like all the fun (and funny) gals that work there. A must visit in Blue Ridge."

"This review is based on owner behavior. Store was nice, the wine She poured me was good but did not and would not spend my money here. Don't know if she was just drunk off the wine she was drinking and pouring me or if it was just me she was looking at and talking to, that made her argumentative and rude. Or, this could just be who she really is. She tells me not southern because I don't like her cheese cracker. Told her I'm from Alabama. Had to tell her three times, I didn't like that cracker. I had to get loud and rude back to her before her partner came up, she was nice and things calmed down and we left. I don't recommend anyone to do business with rude and disrespectful people."
