"Absolutely awful service! Waited at the counter while two employees worked but didn’t even recognize I was at the counter or take my order. Stood there for over 15 mins and finally left! Do better Starbucks!"
"Went in on a Sunday morning around 10am to grab groceries and get a coffee before I started. There was only 2 employees working but 10 people waiting for orders and another 20 in line. Employees were doing their best and were working very hard to get everyone's drink out but definitely needed some more staff. Place is poorly managed and needs an actually order machine so the employees don't have to just write on the cups."
"mocha frap is never consistent. sometimes the chocolate drizzle is drizzed into the cup and sometimes there isnt. everywhere else i go the chocolate drizzle isnt in my mocha frap."
"Terrible service. She made a mistake, making my coffee, I would not take it back and make a new one, saying that his company policy. I’ve never had that happen at Starbucks. I gave her the coffee back, and I said no thank you keep it."
"I’m only leaving 5 stars so this can be seen. I went in one day to get at an application, the lady working said they didn’t have any available but to come back in a few days and they will have some. came in and she hands me a card with online instructions. she asked me how old i was and i said 16. she said that’s great just to get a parent or guardian to also put in information on the online form. i got home and applied. then went in a few days later to ask if they got my form. she told me they couldn’t hire me because i’m 16 and not a senior. that i have to be 17+ and a senior to work there. I HOPE YOU SEE THIS. i’ve been looking for a job for months"
