"I called in to cancel my policy since I was indicated by the insurance company to call my agent. The lady who picked up the phone was not helpful at all, kept giving me the run around, and laughed when I was trying to explain to her why I needed to cancel. She told me the insurance company was going to charge me a cancellation fee (lie, I called the insurance again and they did NOT mention any cancellation fee). I had to call the insurance company and wait 8 minutes on the phone to speak to them directly since she couldn't assist me and just wanted to argue. They take advantage of people who don't speak English and try to overcharge. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. I called the office to cancel my policy, because the insurance company told me I had to cancel with my agent (Pinsurance). The lady who answered me did not help me at all, she did not hear what I was explaining to her, and what I said made her laugh. He told me that the company was going to charge me a cancellation fee (a lie because they didn't charge me anything and they gave me my money back). I called the company and waited 8 minutes for them to help me because this lady didn't want to do her job and just wanted to contradict me. They take advantage of people who don't speak English and invent charges like cancellation fees. Save your time and money and get your insurance somewhere else."
