"I went to a FedEx branch at Office Depot or OfficeMax in Garner. I had to drop off some equipment and one young lady was very helpful but there was another employee who was on a personal call (on the clock and in the office phone) and she refused to assist me or her coworker and when I asked for assistance she told me that I would have to go to a main FedEx office to get a bigger box as opposed to her finding a bigger box. She basically made her problem my problem which is unacceptable. The other employee was finally able to find a bigger box and was able to box my computer equipment but I had to move the box to the scale. It was a terrible experience and that employee who refused to help me should be fired. I did complain to the manager and a different employee up front told me that he has had to talk to this employee in the past."
