"Found chunks of oatmeal after noticing something floating in my coffee! This is disgusting! Makes me question the quality control of there food Went back to get a refund and was immediately met with an attitude and the manager proceeded to berate me with questions as if I was stealing."

"I had stopped going to this McDonald’s for a few months because of how bad the service was. I’ve had previous issues with the quality, the length of time to receive my food, and the horrible attitude. This was the closest McDonald’s to where I live, so it was such a disappointment not being able to rely on this site. On November 20th I took a chance and went back to this McDonald’s to see if things had improved. I was pleasantly surprised at how well everything went. I decided to try this McDonald’s again this morning to see if my last visit was a coincidence or if things have really improved. I am in absolute awe of how marvelous my visit went again today. Not only was every person I came in contact with professional and friendly, but my order was correct, the quality of the food was good, and my food was ready in a very timely manner. I am impressed by this positive change and will visit again."

"Food is what it is. Kids area is quiet between 5-6, and that’s the main reason why we come here. Kids can play for a bit without it being too much of a circus. Area is always clean which is nice."

"I can't estimate how much money this location has cost me in forgotten items over the years, especially at the drive through and curbside pickups. If you're smart and check your order and discover an item is missing there's an almost 0% chance you'll be near an employee by the time you've uncovered their heist. You're still looking at a 15-20 minute ordeal to get it "fixed", and that's only if you're lucky enough to still be there. I put the word fixed in quotes there because by the time you take care of it the rest of the food you already had will be cold and that's not always going to be a new problem -- it might just be colder than it was when you got it in the first place. Once after I got home with missing nuggets for the kids I came all the way back with everything and asked them to remake the whole order. They apparently haven't considered this eventuality, so exercise the option with caution -- it's going to take a LOT more time, and they're going to be confused. It's been bad enough often enough that if an order arrives and is correct I notice. That's probably the opposite of how it should be. Anyways I've attached a photo of where I would have put the $6 sandwich I paid for but don't have. Good night, and good luck."

"9/3/19 was the first time eating at this location. We went through the drive through, and the staff was super nice. The lady that was collecting the money, not only acknowledged the drive but addresses everyone in the car. She was super polite. Then when we moved up to get our food the guy was super polite. We had to wait a few minutes for fresh hash browns.(no problem) The food was nice and fresh. This is a place that I would be returning to."
