"I wanted to write this review on behalf of the staff, specifically Tera and Tiffany. My son had gotten food poisoning after going out for dinner. He was up sick all night and in the morning. Tera and Tiffany were so kind and sympathetic and tried to think of ways to make my son as comfortable as possible. I truly appreciated their thoughtfulness. Thank you so much!! The breakfast was very nice, and the rooms were pretty clean and comfortable. We will be staying here again when we visit."

"We stayed here in December for a visit to “Christmas Town” McAdenville, NC. The hotel is conveniently situated close to the interstate, the Christmas lights, lots of food and amenities. The staff was pleasant and helpful. There is a generous breakfast offered each morning. We would definitely stay here again."

"Rooms are decent, and customer service is good. One issue noted by multiple coworkers who have stayed here on multiple occasions, cold showers. Not sure if this is an attempt at conserving money via electricity usage or what. Personally I would take a slightly less luxurious hotel with decently hot showers over Luke warm."

"Pros: Some very friendly staff; tasty breakfast options; about a 20-min walk to some great local restaurants and shops. Cons: Roaches. We reserved two rooms during a busy wedding weekend in October, and one of the rooms (321) had a serious roach problem. One of the first staff members I reached out to about the issue wasn't helpful, provided no solutions, and kept repeating how she's never seen any kind of bug anywhere in the hotel. Another staff member (Nicole?) pulled me aside and was very pleasant. We weren't able to get a new room since the hotel was booked that weekend, but maintenance did come and spray. Unfortunately, the spray didn't help much. The hotel comped us for one night for the roach room (vs. the full stay for the room, which would've been fair). I wouldn't mind visiting Belmont again, but I definitely won't stay here."

"We stayed on a room block arranged by Kim Pate for our daughter's wedding. Kim's attentiveness and the hotel's staff's willingness to accomodate at every request was fantastic for our group of 35 plus rooms. Location was central to the venues my daughter chose for wedding weekend and the hotel is 10 min from CLT-Douglas Airport. Everything was top notch and all our family and friends were very impressed with the hospitality."
