"Wonderful experience at Magnolia Nails. I got a full set, pedicure, and wax..I had a different professional for each service and they all did a fabulous job. They were all professional and expeditious. I was pleased with how my nails turned out and how they took the time to make sure I was pleased without wasting my time. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend them."

"Don’t waste your time going here. I will say if you have Anna she is great. Awesome attitude and great at what she does. However, there was an older lady wearing a LV face mask - Awful. I came in with a low contrast manicure extremely grown out from another salon and wanted a fresh new full set of acrylics. The worker kept trying to convince me to get a fill in when I just wanted them off. When I wouldn’t budge she got an attitude and started filing off the nail with the drill. She proceeded to cut parts of my finger around the nail bed multiple times and sliced under one of my nails with the buffing pad. When we got to the design I just wanted a simple French. She asked thick or thin and I said thick. She then proceeded to make it way too thick and when I asked her to make it thinner I guess it just triggered her even more. She kept asking “did you say thin or thick” and I had to reiterate that I did say thick but I just wanted them a tad thinner than how she did it. The whole process was just filled with unnecessary attitude and if she didn’t want to do my nails from the start she should’ve gotten someone else instead of seemingly taking her anger/annoyance/whatever out on my nails. Side note - another poor girl got there and had to wait over an hour while other people got taken care of that came in after her."

"I have been here a lot and to me they are hit or miss. Today was a huge miss. I got there at 930 when they opened..I started with two different manicurist before they sent someone to complete the manicure. I had to have him redo each hand due to cuticle left behind, which I still have.. My nails were not filed correctly, they were lopsided and too pointy on the sides. The polish doesn’t completely cover my nails but is all over my fingers. When checking out (an hour and 15 mins later) I inquired if he was relatively new , the young girl said no, he’d been doing it awhile..I showed her my concerns and she shrugged it off. So I left completely disappointed and dissatisfied. If I’m going to spend $37 plus a tip on a manicure I want to to satisfied when I leave. I also think if you have inexperienced manicurist then they should tell you a head of time or should be maybe have a lower fee. I understand they need experience and I’m all for it.. but today was not a good one for me."

"My friend invited me to get my nails done with her here. I was so surprised because they got us in right away. We got SNS. May and Dannie did our nails and we love them! I hate bulky thick nails and Dannie made them just how I like it. They're shaped beautifully. Will definitely recommend and be back"
