"Horrible experience, I paid for the “volcano” best pedi for a 15 min foot massage. It was only 5 mins and the hardest, most in relaxing massage by the male tech. He then proceeded to drill my natural down for a manicure. When I complained, the smoke filled cigarette manager of the salon, knocked 20 dollars off my bill. Horrible."

"I have a really hard time finding a nail place that is consistent, personable and that really cares about its client’s experience. I have found it in Pedi Spa - Nail Bar! They have a huge selection of colors, plenty of space and technicians to take multiple clients (I’ve never seen anyone wait for a chair!) and their prices are reasonable! The manager, Bee, is an SNS pro! I have never had SNS that doesn’t crack, chip or come off between visits but even with me trying to take my nails off, they wouldn’t budge. This salon is a hidden gem in the Lake Norman area!"
