"Although it looks nice from the lobby, the facility is painfully outdated. Small, aging rooms, jerky elevator that scared my family, every hand sanitation station empty, no towels at the pool, and no soap in lobby men's bathroom. It's a lot of little things that added up. We booked 3 rooms for a weekend stay and we'd go elsewhere in the future. By the way, the experience at the adjoining TGI Friday's was terrible as well. Eat elsewhere."

"This hotel is okay. It’s close to Biltmore and many shopping and dining options, with an onsite TGI Fridays for those who prefer it. All of the people at the front desk are super nice. If you need extra items for your room, they are very good about fulfilling that. The rooms are dated, but they are clean and comfortable. The suite we got was spacious and the balcony was a nice touch. I’m not a fan of the communal bath items (shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner in resealable bottles)… they do provide fresh boxes of mini bar soap if you’d rather use those. Housekeeping was prompt in refreshing our room. Breakfast is not included, and their onsite breakfast restaurant is expensive and just okay. The pool, hot tub, and fitness center are nice amenities to have, and the common areas are clean with cozy seating throughout. Our room was on the expensive side and I felt it was bit overpriced for what it was. I will say that the service from all the employees we came across was top notch, and they do have a lot of amenities to make for a comfortable and convenient stay. It’s good if you’re staying for a family trip."

"5 star!!! From the moment we checked in on Friday for our 25th wedding anniversary to the moment we checked out on Monday, Carla was an absolute gem. She was so helpful and insightful with every detail to help make our vacation an enjoyable one. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and taken care of. Her recommendations for restaurants to sights were spot on. We can't thank her enough for all she did to help us celebrate our special anniversary."

"Hotel is easy and accessible to get to. Walking distance to the Biltmore Village. We received the warmest welcome from Carla, even checking on us a couple days later to make sure we were still enjoying ourselves. Thank you so much Carla! :) Will only say the rooms are a tad bit outdated, also we had a suite with the balcony and only had double beds. Could be better with maybe a king or two queens if you could fit it! :)"

"Pet friendly! Clara is simply a doll at reception. We drove into Asheville to visit family at the hospital. We were able to check in immediately with our dog. We were able to stay in the wing closest to the dog walk area. We received a text message a couple of hours later checking in which was nice to know we could message if there were any issues or would hear immediately if our dog may be causing any. Delicious cookies and coffee too. Hotel is dated but served our needs for this trip; pleasant stay and quiet night."
