"Worst place to buy couches. The reclining couch broke within the first month, after promising to come back to fix it after the parts came in no one ever called back or came back. The other side now has the same issue. And the love seat is now getting the same way and the couches are barley over a year old. I would never recommend badcock to anyone."

Bought a massage and heat recliner they have a 1 day return policy that starts when you purchase the item Well it took a week and a half to get here. I picked it up and had it 8 days it leans forward squeaks makes rattling sound massage is so loud you can't hear TV tried to take it back. I didn't realized they were seconds or discount furniture store it was basically as is Especially for the price. They wouldn't take it back but I had the protection plan they can fix it they said there is nothing wrong with it a week later. So I will never buy from them again. Called corporate and no there is nothing they will do I have done all I can do I have a junkie chair that I spent 900.00 for."
