"We scheduled an appointment to look at a few campers we had seen online. Drove 2 hrs to look. We knew what we were looking for, had our favorites saved online. We met with Darby, who instantly criticized the vehicle we planned on using to tow. He was rude from the start. He took us on a hike to see several that we weren’t interested in or didn’t have the things we need. When we asked about the few we wanted to see, he got even more rude. He took us to the used side, showed three campers then LEFT US up there. I was ready to purchase today until we had to deal with him. I’ll gladly drive further away to deal with nicer people."

"Friendly and helpful from the first phone call! We called on a Sunday and spoke to Elora, who was amazing and very courteous. When she didn’t know something, she found someone who did. Next, we spoke with Darby, salesman, regarding a used travel trailer we were interested in. He was amazingly helpful and knowledgeable. No pressure! So we decided to drive the two plus hours over to North Carolina. (We are in Tennessee). Everything went unbelievably smooth after that. Darby was so in tune to what we were looking for and answering questions. We made the decision to buy. On our pick up day, Sergio, so friendly and helpful, guided us through the important things that we needed to have and assisted us in choosing. Amber got us through the financial end and was patient, on top of everything, and explained things thoroughly. Then Jeff walked us through our new travel trailer explaining everything and again was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Mr Robbie honored every promise stated during the initial sale. Kevin helped with that and was pleasant and understanding throughout. Stephanie went out and measured for our cover. She was so sweet! And finally, when it looked like we had a hook up issue with our brakes and the travel trailer, Stephan came to the rescue with a solution! Everyone was a delight to work with! We had a very positive experience. So glad we drove two hours to get our travel trailer! The price was right and the people were so easy and awesome to work with! Highly recommended!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
