"I took my car to get checked by them just now, and I knew what was wrong with it, I told them. They didn't fix it, because I didn't have enough money, but they charged me for checking it. $110! It didn't take them but maybe 15 minutes to check it. I will never go back there!!"

"Run, don’t walk..ok you can drive…to Church Street Automotive. Excellent, HONEST service. Thought my brakes were bad because they sounded like demons screaming under my car. They saw me quickly and discovered a rock lodged up in the wheel somehow. They fixed it quickly, brakes were fine. They could have told me whole front end had to be replaced and charged me a zillion dollars. Love these guys!"

"I made my appointment in advance (one week) and was told to drop it off at 8am on Monday. I explained the make, model, year, and problem (safety inspection, full service, coolant reservoir part replacement) with the vehicle. I arrived and was told my appointment was not on the schedule and they "knew" who told me they could do it. So, they reluctantly said they would "squeeze it in". The phone was purposely off the hook for hours and I could not get a hold of anyone to see if they could in fact "squeeze it in". Without a car, I walked down to the shop to ask for an update, it was around 2pm. My car had not been worked on and they seemed very inconvenienced. I explained I could not get through on the phone and he said "well, if you need to check on it, just walk back down here". I explained I needed a way home as I live an hour away. He said they would have it done. I just called, their phone magically was back working, and they told me they weren't sure if they could even work on it because of the make of the car. The absolute worst customer service and had an attitude every time I asked a question. He then hung up on me once he felt the conversation was over. If you want a place that keeps your appointments, takes accountability for their mistakes, and has integrity.....go somewhere else. Truly disappointed."
