"The front staff does not greet patients and they makes you feel they are being forced to work. The girls were on their personal phones. The practice does not give you reminder for the scheduled appt. We had appt and we were not called for an hour and we cancelled the appt. The only reason I chose this practice was for insurance purposes. But I'm utterly disappointed and no wonder why the reviews are so bad. The doctors are not personable, they are in a big hurry. Not pleased with the set up, it's one big longue, have 5-7 dental chairs. It's kiosk."

"This is the best dentist! I have been going here my entire life and I always love it. The staff is so nice and good. I am 15 and I just got my first cavity filled and it wasn’t even uncomfortable . In fact it was fun. Irma is amazing! She gave me a soft clean blanket and let me watch the TV. They were so efficient and great. Please bring your kids to this dentist because it is the best."

"My children have been going here for at least 10 years... So we are here on 1/19/2022 and my three children appointment was scheduled for 800am and we were here at 755am. NO ONE is here. I understand some of the roads are still icey. However, someone from the staff should've called patients if they were gonna be late or closed. There are five cars outside waiting for someone to show and no one is here!!!!"

"I like that at least 1 parent can come back with the child to be seen. I have taken my child to this place at least 4 times so far. However, my main concern is the long wait times. When I took my child for a teeth cleaning appointment about a month ago, the receptionist did not see my child down for an appointment and said there was going to be about a 45 min to a hour wait. So I rescheduled for my child's appointment for the Friday of the same week. So we show up before the place opened for the appointment, when they opened we were checked in and our temperture was checked, then we were told to have a seat. As my child and I were waiting to be called back, I counted at least 15 people who came in who were waiting to be served also. Some were told to wait in their car. And the receptionists did not inform us of what was going on or why the long wait time. Around this time my child had to use the restroom that is not available in this dentist office. It is outside of the dentist office around the corner and you need a code to get in the restroom. As I took my child to the restroom I saw the rest of the dentistry staff just sitting in another room laughing with each other as if they did not have 15 patients waiting for them. I did not say anything at the time because I had my child with me. To conclude, my child and I waited for about a hour until they called my child's name to be seen. I have cancelled my child's next 6 month appointment at Dentistry for Kids and have rescheduled the next 6 month appointment with a different dentistry. I hope this matter will be or has been addressed for the sake of the children who need proper care and assistance."

"My daughter took my grandson in for a couple small fillings. The Dr. was nice but the assistant repeatedly scolded my daughter for not brushing his teeth enough even though my daughter tried to assure her that his teeth are brushed twice a day. That was just an attempt to make her feel like a bad parent. Why? Just because they need assistance from Medicaid even though her husband works 50-60 hrs. a week? Appalling behavior! Thank heavens, isn't their normal dentist; they were just there for the fillings. They know nothing of the families' dental history or anything else about them. That was unnecessary and hateful."
