"Me and my friend came in to get 2 pedicures and 2 fresh sets, the techs rushed and also lied to us in the process of doing our nails. We were forced to pay for a service that we refused to have from the beginning and instead of doing what we asked the tech did his own thing. Not having much knowledge about nails we trusted him which we will never do again. Also it’s only been 2 DAYS since I got my toes done and 2 of my GEL polished toes are already peeled off. I’ve a got a sore thumb as well from the acrylic being placed AND cured on my skin. -1/10"

"My first and last visit to this salon!! Flew to Raleigh for a wedding.. and will definitely not be setting foot in here again no matter how many times we’ll visit! It’s only been 5 days since we’ve had the services and… both mine and my mother’s pedicure polish is already chipping off, her French manicure polish came off completely 2 days after the service despite not doing anything (ie chores) since she was just lounging on vacation and the worst is my GEL ACRYLIC nails broke off after 3 days… I’ve never had that happen before.. obviously the foundation wasn’t strong enough.. I’m looking at other reviews now (should have done so earlier) and realizing that a lot of other women have experienced the same outcome.. Horrible service!"

"leaving 5 stars because the younger women who have done my nails before have done an amazing job.. however: the last two times i came here (over a year apart), my nails were not well taken care of. the pedicure is fine but my GEL manicure began lifting and peeling after three DAYS!! :( i'm now two weeks into my manicure and all my polish is gone. i do not do any hard labor or use my hands a lot for work at home either, so it's really disappointing that my $60+ gel manicure is peeling and lifting after a couple of days. i will still be coming for pedicures but i do not recommend getting manicures here anymore, as they seem to be pushing for quantity over quality nowadays. i would really appreciate my money back for that manicure the next time i come in. :("
