I wasn’t totally sure of the type (which I also let the rep know) I told the rep it maybe a hmo. He then completed a search for dentist that would be in my area, which came up zero. I then requested he do a search for a ppo dentist he immediately denied me and told me that I choose the hmo first and he would not search again. If this is the way your assistance program is set up it’s a bunch of bs"
