"I am okay with having to explain that they have me & another with the same name when they look up my file but what I think is a truly poor business is when you have to repeatedly call (with no call back as promised, with the exception of once) and there is not one single note in your file. It is so frustrating that I have to repeat to several staff members that I had an implant and have no idea when my scan will occur or a new tooth. It appears that I have completely dropped off of their follow up and it is very evident that the youngest dentist could care less what your issue is or even listen, let alone attempt to correct the issue. They told me when I was scheduled for my cleaning they would go ahead and complete the scan. Mind you I called 4 months in advance. Was told to call back in then 2 months, called and waited then called 1 month before my appt. to see if this was for the implant follow up or a routine cleaning. You probably guessed it, they were unable to do the scan that day could I come back next week. Please note, the dental hygienist politely told the doctor that I live out of town (surprise no compassion or concern). If you are lucky enough to get Dr. Schmorr, her work is excellent. Unfortunately it takes a whole team to make an outstanding experience"
