After years of using you guys we have got nothing but the runaround about my daughters braces, today appointment was for them to be removed or so we were told, after the “appointment” we have to make an appointment to now have them taken off. Because of lack of time. I guess my time or my wife’s time doesn’t matter. If you are looking for clean cut communication THIS ISN’T THE PLACE TO GO."
