I was serviced in the University City location, but there’s another salon in Concord for the win. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience & final product (waist- length knotless braids). I will back back. 10/10 recommend!"

"I had an appointment for 10 am…..but my stylist took a walk and then wanted me to sit there and wait while she braided her whole head for 20 dollars off….what business takes a walk on over an appointment…..no I was not late on time ….don’t do it"

"I have never been here… I will never go here. Because I have seen the responses to your customers that you have sent, and I do not like how you talk to your customers and how you treat your customers. Like, for example, one of your workers scammed a woman out of her money, and you said, “this is nonsense” and you also said, “ you are a big liar”. You also said on another complaint, “ we will not go out of business because of you” and I feel like that it’s just very rude. I also read another one where you said “ I don’t understand why it’s so hard for you people to express yourself when your hair is getting done, and you wait till you go home and blast us on google”. I see why you have such a low rating, it’s because of how you treat your customers. You’re lucky to even have any customers. And you even said to another customer, “ I don’t understand why you people like to complain about your hair”. I can already tell you that I will never be getting my hair done here."

"My hair always looks fabulous when my hair is finished. I have no concerns with the completed LOOK. Thank you kindly. However, I will not be back because of my guest service experience from these young ladies at the Concord NC location, owner/management included. The guest service is horrible. There is no consistency ➡️as it refers to cost⬅️ (waaayyy to many occasions to go into detail, and I've allowed bonus grace at EVERY inconsistent visit). I'm there at least 5 hours or more, (depending on the style). There is no ➡️FRIENDLY⬅️ braider-guest engagement to allow me to even feel welcomed whatsoever. Loud conversation over my head is not good guest service, nor a pleasant experience. Even when I've showed pics, the braider braided what SHE wanted, and not what I asked for (twice). I simply settled both times.. I allowed bonus grace those times because WE ALL miss the mark and make mistakes sometimes. My biggest concern and my MAIN reason I will not honor coming back to this business is the inconsistent conversations (about costs) via texts and phone verses when I'm already there, sitting in the chair. This last time, I un-capped myself, and politely left. There was no apology, no nothing. In my experience this is poor guest service methods for a ➡️SERVICE⬅️ business. This was my personal experience. I did not change my mind once I arrived. Whether positive or negative feedback. Feedback helps our business growth. Whatever y'all decide to do with the feedback is totally between you, your business integrity, and God.."
