Beverly Nails

"I could not believe how I was treated yesterday when I went in to get my nails done. I had to wait a couple of hours while my car was being worked on in the same shopping center. I figured I'd walk over and kill time because I needed a fill in. I arrived around 9:35am. There were only 2 other customers and employees on their phone so it was not busy at all. Let me clarify I am new at getting regular fill ins and I let them know this. I stated I didn't know if I needed a fill in or a new set but for them to go with what they felt I needed. The woman who did my nails told me to pick a color.right off there was not a lot to pick from and the lady seemed annoyed at the fact I was looking. So eventually we get started & she takes this tool and immediately starts ripping my acrylics off! Didn't soak or even suggest letting them soak and coming back or anything! I have a high pain tolerance but this was super painful! I was almost in tears. I let her know this too. During, she kept telling me to relax my hand but I told her "I'm trying but this hurts!" My teenage son was with me and we were both looking at each other like wth. Finally when she was done ripping them off, she immediately starts to do my nails and was obviously rushing and treated me as if I was such an inconvenience. IF they would have been busy I wouldn't have minded waiting. I was in no hurry! In the middle of her filing my nails she stops and asks me to pay before she continues! I was confused because the other customer paid at the very end. But since I'm still new to.getting my nails done and never been to this location I figured it just might be a policy for new customers..no idea. Once she was done is when I realized how horrible of a job she did. I should've spoke up more BUT the last was just so rude and my son was with me, I honestly just wanted it to be over so we could leave. In my pictures of my nails you can see where the paint job is horrible at the bottoms of my nails, she also didn't push my cuticles down (last place I went they did so I thought it was apart of getting nails done) You can see where she did not clean up the filing stuff off my nails and worse, where my fingernail was bleeding! I should've read the reviews first. Please don't make the same mistake I did!"

"They are rude. I was excited to find a salon that had matching dip and polish, however, i will never go back. The customer service was lacking to say the least. Will spend my money elsewhere, can see now why there were very few customers. Never again"

"I got a gift certificate for mothers day and decided to use it today , I got a full set with gel polish for 73 dollars!!!!!!!!! First of all I never complain about price but I asked for square but narrow and not wide shape. She gave me coffin and I told her no that's not what I asked for. So she would have had to take them off and redo them I told her no it will just do. When I got done she told me the price was 73 dollars. She charged me for this coffin shape then 25 for gel then for length and they are short not to mention my "coffin" shaped nails that she decided to give me are ROUNDED off. These are not 73 dollars and if I could get my money back I sure would."

"Do not, I repeat do not go to BEVERLY NAILS!! Anyone who gets their nails done knows if you need to have a overlay taken off they soak them or us the drill! Mind you these are my nails a were very long. I asked for a soak off and fresh overlay. She immediately starts taking the clippers to my nails and starts breaking them all the way down to where I would now need tips!! She knew what she was doing to make my money and I don’t like tips I don’t like the way the feel that’s why I let mine grow and do overlay! Well if my super long nails now look insane! I told her to stop because if she had done that in the first 2 mins I was afraid of the outcome! She started saying oh it’s not me your nails thin! Good try! Everyone’s nails are thin that does this!! I had to asked her to soak them off and while one hand was soaking she started chopping on the next hand! I know it’s “just nails” but I was so mad I was crying I had to walk out or I was going to be in trouble!!"

"So, I normally do not do this but this place is horrible. I get why they have 2 stars. They should have -1. Brow lady was same lady who did my nails. My name turned out fine but my brows. No way! I told her before she started what I wanted. She was working very fast to get me out the door. All was a rushed job but no customers. Ok! The wax was still hot when she used on my face. She did not arch or do anything to my brows. Then while I was getting a pedicure I cut on my translator and this lady is talking trash. I asked what did you say and she says ohhhhhhh nothing I do for you! Like I will never being going back. Thats why I drive an hr to Envy Nails in Monroe."
