"I went yesterday at 4, got right in. The salon is beautiful in appearance. I'm sure they have some good employees. The lady who took me was rough with the emory board. My fingers are sore today. She wasn't friendly. The table wasn't clean and she didn't have a towel on it.Dust flew everywhere. Nails look ok but they are shorter than I asked for."

"i’m only posting this review because I’m just so disappointed. I feel like customer service is just not what it used to be especially for the money that me and my daughter put out. We went in and had a pedicure done. It was around 4 o’clock in the evening there was only 4 Customers getting their feet done it was not busy, I chose one of the higher priced pedicures because I need more work because my feet are dry. I did not get gel nail polish. I just got regular it end up being $67. My daughter just got a basic pedicure because she doesn’t use polish She just wanted to have a relaxing foot soaking foot massage and her nails clipped She was charged $55. My concern Is for the money that I paid. My feet should have been in a lot of better shape when I left and the French tips just look horrible. I don’t know what they did to the 1 foot but my toenails are fairly long so they can be shaped really nice I’ve never had an issue with that. One Got cut way down. and my heels still look pretty bad. I assumed with the higher package that they would’ve done something for the heels, but I guess not. and my poor daughter the lady just kept clipping her nails and clipping clipping almost down to the bone because I guess she didn’t know what else to do because she didn’t want anything painted so she just kept clipping and filing and she really just wanted her feet to soak just to relax she’s pregnant . We were there a total of maybe 40 minutes tops from start of walking in the door to the time we got in our car and drove away. I don’t know if it was because it was towards the end of the day and they were just trying to get people out And I’m sorry for the people that have gone there for years and had great experiences. I just didn’t . It was overpriced for what they did. It just wasn’t worth it."

"Paid extra $25 for shellac polish on toes...I got home and the gel peeled off. Came back and they took care of me. Darker polish needs to cure longer."

"Went to get a manicure and pedicure this past weekend with my mom and sister. Our pedicures took about 20-25 minutes when they were supposed to be 45. The man who did my sister's toes was extremely rude and did a sloppy job. The lady who did my pedicure did not even rub my feet. She just massaged my legs for a few minutes. Worst pedicure. The man who did my manicure was horrible. He clipped my skin several times while cutting my cuticles. Filed my nails so short and crooked. Because of the angle he was holding the file he was filing my skin more than the nail. I asked for gel and it was all over my skin and he didn't wipe it off before I placed my nails under the lamp. The salon was a fifthly mess. The equipment he was using looked used and dirty. None of the stations were wiped down. One lady behind said as she was leaving "$105 dollars for this? I will not be back" The lady did not apologize or even offer to fix her nails. One of the most expensive places in town and sounds like most people there were unhappy. At the end, while I was paying the man who did my manicure stood over my shoulder and kept following me until I tipped. I was not going to not tip, but I wanted to get my sister's opinion on how much I should tip since I was unhappy with the service. He made me very uncomfortable. All in all, it was a very bad experience and unless they make a change I will not be back."
