Customer Service is great, discovered that I had been getting charged for the wrong type of stone and it should have been less... not only did they take care of purchase from yesterday BUT they went back to stone from April and got me a credit there too! WOW"

"Literally called this morning I talked to a gentleman and the guy says to his colleagues with me on the phone this guy wants to bring some fill dirt but he doesn't know if it's clean or not clean he doesn't know if it's mud or not. First off this is what I do full-time as take dump truck loads of dirt different places and this company's so happen to be right up the street he continued to be very rude and disrespectful. Obviously I know what clean dirt versus not clean dirt is and I'm smart enough to know that no one is going to take a bunch of slop . But he chose to make it up to his colleagues with me on the phone and I guess he forgot to put it on mute . I do not recommend a company with people like this a person who is just stirring the pot as us old school people call it"

"Awesome and friendly staff. I picked up Prattville Gravel on multiple trips myself and could have not been happier with the ladies in the Pineville Office. Carrie and Rhonda made my patio makeover a dream come through. Take your time to look around in their great yard and if you have a questions someone will answer it with a smile on their face. "Ordered over 3 tons of quartzite pea gravel last week to be delivered on Friday. The quality of the pea gravel is top-notch, & there wasn’t a bunch of other material mixed in like I feared there would be. The driver was on time & took great care dropping off - he had to navigate around power lines crossing our driveway & adjust the tarp we’d spread out. Couldn’t be happier with this order, we’ll definitely be ordering from Lanier again!"

"Buyer beware. Ordered stone got an ugly mix of stones and sand, total overpriced trash. Still waiting for the manager to ring me back told me I should have checked the product first, silly me I thought they had some integrity or pride in their products. I've warned the neighbors accordingly. Ripped off!!!"
