"This store has historically been slow. I went there the Thursday before last and they wasted an hour of my time getting a forklift to come out with concrete. Then I needed another 30 bags of concrete on Friday and I waited about 30 minutes for forklift and then they told me you might as well go get it yourself it'll be quicker. First of all the Geniuses put the concrete, the most awkward and heavy materials in the store in the back. We needed 60 lb bags and they don't keep them outside. I'm a contractor so they're going to lose a lot of money because I'll never be back. I get that the customer is never right in this Brave New World but things will be changing"

"My first time to this particular store. Due to the fact that what I wanted to get from my regular location was showing in stock but coming to this Pineville location the staff were very friendly and professional n helping me looking and retrieving the item I needed. The guy at the checkout proposed me getting a home depot Credit card which I saved $50 instantly on my purchase. Hope no hidden fees on the credit card which was offer to me."

"The pineville Home Depot was awesome! Rich was so helpful! We have been wanting to purchase the 12 foot skeleton for over three years, and searched, high and low at all the local Home Depot‘s. It was so nice to have a human on the phone who actually took the time to go look to see what inventory they had, found one, and Was able to allow us to purchase over the phone and set it aside and put it in my car within minutes of the transaction. Everyone there was awesome, the store was clean. Will definitely use this Home Depot"

"I went into the Home Depot in Pineville to get a paint match. I had just brought the quart from the other store. The number wasn’t in the computer and so Betty worked diligently trying to make it right and connect it to my number and color matched for ease when I returned. I looked at her and I said you’re very good at what you do. I can tell you’ve been doing this for some time. But I said how do you stand all day long? I said they may get more workers if they gave them some chairs to sit on during the day. She replied, I’ve been working here for 27 years and I’m at 80 years old, in the midst of our conversation, she called over a young gentleman Vaughn to discuss the day and workload. Vaughn was very colorful young man. I asked him jokingly, “do you have enough colored pens in your apron?” He responded I love color as you can see he sure does. Well I wanted to give a five star to Betty and Vaughn for their great attitudes. And a zero star to Home Depot for not giving her or any of their employees stools to use throughout the day. The clients would appreciate them as well when they’re there waiting for paint at the paint counter. It’s the little things in life that make a difference. Thanks for putting a smile on my face Betty and Vaughn."

"Unfortunately they were out of most of their Milwaukee power tools, but I got them through Home Depot's website so it's all good. People were kind and courteous, good selection of the hand tools I was looking for. Would go back."
