"Had to change my rating. They charge you for tire rotation but don't do it. I had a blow out so one tire is different from the rest. When I got home it was still on the right rear. My wife marked a tire and it was in the same place. She went back and they told her her lug nuts were swollen and needed replaced so they didn't rotate. Funny they didn't tell her that till after she complained. I used to love this place but the prices went up and the quality of service went down. We have 3 vehicles and they will be going elsewhere."
