"I called the store to ask if they had something in stock and I was told they did. After confirming asked if they could hold it for me and I was told they couldn’t which is fine I went ahead and bought it online so I could just pick it up. So I drove from Greensboro to Durham to pick it up and when I go there they told me it wasn’t in stock."
"I was in this store shopping for 3 costumes when I overheard the store manager going off so loud about this young man pants and shirt. That he was supposed to wear Duke blue colors only. And the pants had some words on it and he (the manager) didn't like on him. I didn't know that party city care so less about who they hired. But I didn't buy from there. They don't need money. They need manners. Lost customer. No photo was too embarrassed."
"My first time at this location. The store is nice and clean and well stocked. The staff is very attentive to your needs. F.Y.I.: the store has a sign as you walk in letting you know that they are out of helium. So if you have your own balloon and want it filled, they cannot do it. I'm not sure how long this will last but be friendly to the staff, it's not their fault. Their are helium tanks that you can buy for $40 in the store."
"If you are looking for decorations and supplies for pretty much any type of party this is your place. It is huge and covers pretty much any event I can think of. One caveat would be this is generally cheap stuff so not necessarily high end. Has huge assortment of various candies as well. Huge number of balloon option too and they will put helium in them for you."
