"Had been to other certified mechanics to fix Raptor truck. No heat several new fans and thermostats. Glad I took it to Rocky Top. Harry and his team fixed it fast and very reasonable. Dropped it off after work on a Tuesday and picked it on Thursday. Otto did a great job of communicating with me during the process. "I have been to a lot of ford service centers and this one by far exceeded my expectations. I made an appointment online but because there system was down they didn't get my request. I showed up and they took my vehicle in anyway. I came in for one issue and they fixed two others in less than 7 hours the other service centers said it would take three days. One issue was not able to be fixed because they didn't have the part and rather than keeping my vehicle they will have me comeback when it arrives. The agents at the service department were friendly and helpful and Auto was an amazing representation of a good agent. I will use them for all my future repairs. Way to go Rocky Top Ford."
