"Tried this place and can't wait to go back. I had the 1/2 pound burger, and let me tell you, if you have ever seen How I Met Your Mother, this is the burger Marshall should have been looking for. My wife had the meatball sub and it was incredible as well. The staff was friendly and helpful. The variety of baked goods including the amazing cookies we had will impress you. Run to this place now!!!"

"Calabash Deli is one of my local favorites. Everytime I'm visiting the area I stop in for a corned beef sandwich. There is an outdoor seating area that is pet friendly. There is also inside seating. They are closed on Sunday. The staff is always welcoming."

"11/22/2023 11:39AM arrival. Order placed for 5 sandwiches and a burger. Order received 12:19PM. My Classic Reuben was one of the poorest Reubens I’ve ever had. It was too dry. No mayo, no thousand island… what kind of Reuben is this? Also: Watched 5 cars turn in front of me at the parking lot. Everyone is getting their food and leaving… but 40 minutes for our order? Life is too short to wait for mediocre food. Off to the bagel place around the corner next time."

"I got the #4, golfers sand-wedge, and my boyfriend got the #3 classic Reuben. We also got 3 muffins and an apple turnover. The #3 was better than we thought it was going to be. The French toast muffin didn't taste like French toast, more like a cinnamon stick. The muffin was very good. The apple turnover could have been better with a glaze instead of heavy icing. However, the #4 I had, basically a breaded chicken sandwich with mayo, bacon, American cheese, lettuce, and tomato, was the most disappointing chicken sandwich I have ever had. The edges of the chicken were frostbitten, and there was an overload of mayo. My dad recommended this place to us for our lunch, which he is usually on point with food recommendations. In this instance, I will say he missed the mark on this one. On a more positive note, they have pork roll here *a beautiful thing for Jersey people to find,* and the customer service was very lovely. I don't believe I will be coming back for anything other than the bakery, though. Very disappointing."

"This is one of our favorite places to visit when we are on the island! The sand wedge is so so so good. My husband has tried numerous sandwiches and enjoyed them all. My son had the grilled cheese sandwich and said it was one of the best he has ever had. It is small inside but they’ve got outdoor seating as well. Even when it’s busy, they do keep the line moving as much as they can! Definitely worth a visit and we miss the sandwiches when we are back at home!"
