"Normally I have good experiences shopping here. Today not so much. Their produce was wilty, did not look fresh at all. Then, when I went to get some fish from the counter, the guy wrapped my fragile piece of salmon like a burrito, tightly rolling it into a wax paper cylinder. At then to top it off, at checkout the lady bypassed me putting in my phone number to collect rewards, and didn’t ask if I was a student for the discount I would have received. Not the end of the world but for a premium grocery store they should have provided better service."

"You cannot visit Boone without stopping by Earth Fare. From natural household cleaners to the most delicious baked goods to beers & wines, and produce, consider the impact of pesticides and chemicals on your health & the planet. The food is not only better for you; I have found that most organic just tastes better! Even if you are just coming to Boone for the day, I like to buy what I need for a picnic (use a ice cooler) and have the small feast at the rest area. Earth fare also has so many delicious alternatives for healthier snacks, cereals, dairy & meats. The people that work here are the nicest and most helpful. I have a thing for their fresh baked baguette, the Calabrese antipasto olives from the olive bar & the Olli salami. Yum! Thanks Jon Michael for the wonderful customer service!
