"If your wanting blonde hair I don’t think I would recommend/go to this place. I already had blonde hair before coming here, I showed the stylist a pic of what I wanted which was a bright blonde with some brown through out it. She agreed to do it but I ended up with a darker blonde then when I came in....I’m going to have to pay to get it fixed somewhere else because she refused to fix it. Foolishly I had paid and left without looking at my hair in natural light etc. The location is also a bit rough. Super bummed with this experience."
"The owner took my money and didn't complete the service--When i asked for a partial refund for her only completing half the work she said no and was rude and belligerentand and said she was keeping all the money--$75 for a partial highlight is what it cost me when a cut AND highlight is $75--DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THE OWNER. She was an hr late for my appointment (and has been with numerous other customer too). She never called to reschedule...nothing. Did she think i would forget!!! I have never payed that much for partial highlights in the 25yrs I've been having them done...EVER!"
