"My Wife and I booked Fine Dining Chefs, led by Chef Jeff, to cater our Wedding and Rehearsal Dinner in May of 2023. We did a plated multi-course dinner for a little under 150 guests. Our experience was nothing short of fantastic. We were going out to our Venue in the Mountains of North Carolina to meet with the new owner, and upon hearing this, Chef Jeff went out of his way to come and meet us out there to do our tasting with us at our venue. This was not only very convenient for us, but it meant that he was doing his due diligence to familiarize himself with the kitchen facilities at the venue to ensure that he and his team would be fully prepared for the event itself. We were blown away by our tasting. We had a goal in mind to make sure that the food at our wedding was something to be remembered, and not just an afterthought. Upon tasting the menu that Jeff had prepared, we knew we had selected the right people to make that happen. The food was divine. Beyond the quality of the food itself, Jeff was absolutely delightful to interact with. He was charming and warm. It was inspiring how passionate he was about his food, his business, and making sure he and his team executed an event to the absolute best of their ability. During the rehearsal dinner and wedding reception, Jeff and his team absolutely knocked it out of the park. Everything was taken care of so well. All the people he brought along with him to work these events, including his wonderful wife, were kind, helpful, and professional. Once again, the food was amazing, and we got countless comments from our guests about how great Dinner was. I learned the day after our wedding that there had been some holes in the planning of our wedding – holes that could have caused some serious problems. I learned this after the wedding, and not during it, because those problems never reared their ugly heads. This is thanks in large part to Jeff being proactive in recognizing them and working with Venue ownership to make a plan and cover the gaps. He and his team stepped up to the challenge, going well above and beyond their expected duties to make sure that our wedding went off without a hitch. Without Chef Jeff and the Fine Dining Crew stepping up, our dream wedding would likely have played out quite differently! I absolutely recommend Fine Dining Chefs to anyone who is looking for a mind-blowing dining experience for their event, supported by an amazing staff."
