"What a sensational sushi surprise! The salmon was so fresh and delicious, it is the best I have ever eaten. The Miso soup was sublime, the flavor tasted authentic and I didn't need to add anything. What a treat to dine there tonight on my birthday and find my old culinary buddy from 15ish years ago to be the owner! I've lived in Blairsville 19 years and have driven all the way to Atlanta for good sushi, but not anymore - because we have the BEST sushi right here local. I can't wait to sample the entire menu.
