Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

"We needed a quick lunch to take to my elderly father. This was the perfect spot! The chicken was juicy on the inside (even the white meat!) Crispy on the outside! I was under the impression Popeye's Chicken was Spicy but the Sweet Cashier assured us that it was not! It had so much flavor! The mashed potatoes & gravy were very good & so were the biscuits!! Great price too! Fast service! And the Cashier had a smile on her face wishing us Merry Christmas! What more could you ask for?!"

"Understaffed and ill prepared for lunch rush. Same person working the front counter and the drive thru simultaneously? How does that add to customer sat? And no spicy chicken or wings or tenders at noon on a Saturday? "Lady just ordered a lot" Several customers like me waiting in a QSR....not the best experience."

"Terrible service. There were several problems. A spicy chicken sandwich was missing. The store was out of nuggets and missing extra fries that we ordered. They didn’t have Coke Zero which was on the app as an option. The sprite we had to remind them about was out of syrup and tasted bad. We also asked for seasoning packets and got a handful of ketchup."

"I was sent to work here 2 weeks ago and I will say it was so unsanitary it made my skin crawl!!! Nothing from night shift had been cleaned(sanitized) food stuck on the prep tables hadnt been cleaned off in a long while. The sandwich station refrigerator DOES NOT work but it’s still used to prep sandwiches old Mayo was dried and molded on it. The women's restroom trash was compacted in the trash can and paper towels and toilet paper everywhere. Feces on the toilet bowl(ring inside) it had black specs of mold around it. The pics I’m posting is within 5 minutes of walking in the back door so by opening folks you know it wasn’t clean or safe to eat from here!!!"

"I get that there is a staff shortage but I am very angry at the way the staff were at this Popeyes. They didn't let us know to hold on for a moment or anything. We sat thinking something was wrong in the drive through for 10 minutes with no one in line. When we said hello, they came in and said your gonna have to hold on, there's only 2 of us here. So we said ok. All we ordered was a dozen binets.. they told us to pull forward and they'd bring them out. Finally when they did come, the girl smirked as she handed them. We drove off but after a few minutes, I looked and there was a half a bag of powdered sugar dumped on the binets! And they were not cooked properly. Obviously on purpose."
