"I don’t ever do this kind of thing, but I just had by far the most embarrassing experience. I’ve never had anyone in a retail job to treat customers that way. My kids had been at a skating birthday party for one of my sons earlier and my sister broke her ankle and we left early. So the kids were disappointed so we went to dollar general for them to get some snacks and things and just hang out till my sister gets out of the hospital. Yes they were a bit hyper it was a birthday party so they had cake, and pizza. The cashier was a man with glasses, and he grabbed this toy my son had wanted me to buy that I said no to and handed it back to him. So I put it back up on the shelf not exactly sure where my son pulled it from. He was telling my kids to put the stuff back that I said no too. I have 4 sons so he looks at one of them and says you’re the only one with manners and looks at me and says no offense to you. Yes things could have been better with the way my kids behaved, but there was also no need to be so rude. I tried explaining the situation about this at check out and this man ignored me. I typically have no issues at this store, but this was also my first time I’d seen this man and he was just extremely rude."
"Have been trying to call this place all week long to see if they possibly have a couple fedex packages that have vanished without being scanned in and fedex mentioned they might have simehow ended up here from the box used...nobody answers the phone. Anybody have an alternative number for them besides the 266#?"
"Typical Dollar General. FedEx drop location. Very clean. Very friendly staff. Easily accessible with plenty of parking. Everything you need from toiletries, shirts, crossword puzzles, balloons or just a drink and a candy bar. Public bathroom, just ask for the key. Tight isles from all the stock. Staff may be busy and not at the check out, just grunt out or cough loudly and someone will come help."
"Appeared cluttered. Very convenient. Had what I needed for my dog while passing through. Lots of rawhide and chew toys to give her something to chew on other than her leash."
"A great store with good prices on a variety of products. The staff has been very friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be that they don't carry yarn but it seems that not many stores do anymore. So I'd definitely recommend this store to others!"
