"Ran into these guys at the Hickory Gun Show. Flavor wise, off the charts, some of the best jerky I have ever had. The Bacon is a sweet smoked flavor and the Brisket is tender, juicy, melt in your mouth. Serious flavor! I gave three stars for value, for $10 a pack - you get a measly 3 oz. This equates about 7 slices of bacon. Which I ate in the car on the way home from the show. I get it, they are local and do their thing, just to high of a price point for me."
