I can’t wait until they open up their restaurant, but even now, their food truck slings great food! The Maxwell is great, but my favorite so far is the pastrami with Swiss!"
"I’m originally from the Chicago land area and have been longing for some Italian beef and a Chicago dog for a while when I came across Dogslingers. They advertise Vienna products so I had to give em a try! Now, while it’s not 100% what I ate growing up, as it never will be out of that immediate area, I’d say it was as close as I could get given almost 900 miles away. The Chicago dog was accurate down to the way it was presented after unwrapping it. The Italian beef was great as well! I look forward to seeing what else they add to their menu when they get their brick n mortar up and running. I can only hope they get some cheese fries! I do suggest in the future they have different size beef’s as when I finished it, I wish I had a bit more of it. Maybe a regular size and a LARGE. But, aside from that, I will be returning when I have a craving!"
"First time trying a Chicago dog and it was surprisingly really good. I grew up on NY style hot dogs, but wanted to try this Chicago classic. The Italian Beef was outrageously good. I could eat that sandwich everyday for lunch."
"Please excuse the photo presentation, but these bad boys weren’t gonna make it home without being eaten first! We finally had the chance to try Dogslingers and let me just say, we’ll definitely be coming back again and again. These were some of the best all beef hotdogs and sausage dogs I’ve had in a very long time. The beef pastrami is 10/10! Make sure y’all swing by and check them out! They are super affordable! The owner and staff are so so nice!"
