"This is closest McDonald's to my house. I have been here for 23 and it still isn't as effective as it should be. The lunch time crue usually does fairly well. The evening crew is a whole different story. They don't always ring up combos correct and charge by the item, or at least tried too. My order isn't hard and I give it to the taker just as want it. 1/4 pounder with cheese with small fries and a large coke. NO PICKLES ARE ONIONS ON BURGER. (Onions literally make me sick). Get home with my order and guess what is all over my burger, onions and pickles, so I proceed to make me some soup because I am to far to take it back. Way to go McDonald's, I wanted to waste almost 10 bucks and my time so I wouldn't need to prepare anything at home. Looks like I will be driving further for McDonald's next time DP"
"Advertised 2.50 crispy chicken sandwiches on their big sign and they didn’t honor it. I asked at the drive through if the sign was correct and they said yes. Got to the window and different story. Manager on duty was rude. They also forgot my sauce and didn’t leave any napkins. Terrible McDonald’s"
"For the amount of times I have a paid for side sauces and not gotten them with my food is outrageous, especially when I come back in and as for said side sauce you charge me again for it. Come on McDonald’s get your employees on the Same page with charging and making sure sauces are in the bags before handing them out to your customers OR just don’t charge for side sauces in general when your employees can’t even put a side sauce in the bag. *eye roll*"
"This honestly does not even deserve one star! There’s one particular employee who was very disrespectful to not only me but other customers. I’ve never heard any kind of worker kicking people out right after they picked up their delivery orders, or responding to people with “DUH”. The person also refused to give their or bring out a manager."
"Very nice looking McDonald's, but the food was dry, cold and tasteless. Worse was the customer service. The person taking my order was like out of a bad movie. Her attitude and wording was disconcerting. Speech filled with "what you want," "what," "just drive to the window." Commands and disrespect! I had my Bluetooth on, and the person on the other end was infuriated by how I was being spoken to. I couldn't take a picture of her, but I did take a pic of the cold, lifeless Big Mac"
