"First, we are a repeat customer and didn't even call anyone else, because GT had done such a good job for us in the past. On this job, while the quality of the product and craftsmanship was very good, the communication after the signing the contract and paying the down payment was poor and frustrating. The job location was at our second home located about 15 miles from our house. We do not stay there all the time, so we had to make plans to be there. After setting the date to perform the installation, no one showed on the planned date and no one called. After we called, it was blamed on scheduling/staffing. The second date and time that was planned, no one showed and no one called again. When we called it was blamed on the product manager did not have the product ready. To make the situation more frustrating, since we were changing out the sink/faucet, we also had to schedule plumbers to perform that work. So we had to reschedule them also every time. Finally the third time they actually showed up. The on site installation crew was very courteous and cleaned up fairly well. Not sure if I would use again due to inconvenience of poor communication between office staff, production facility and with us."

"A+ rating from start to finish. Matt came down to North Myrtle Beach from Wilmington with all his samples and walked us through the process step by step. When it came time for the installation, the crew arrived on time, had everything they needed and were pleasant and engaging throughout the day. The installation took about 8 hours and they stayed at it with the exception of a short lunch break. We couldn't be more pleased with the countertops, backsplash and new sink. I've included some pictures of in progress work."
