"I just left this store, along with two friends. We all bought things. There was such a bad attitude in this store (except for one employee),you could feel it in the air. I will NEVER go to this store again ! Not only the attitude, but one of my friends lost a necklace there aand when she went back in was made to feel less thanworthy to shop there. You lost threcustomers, plus all the others we will tell due to this.s,"

"The store was supposed to be open until 6 PM. I walked in at 5:50 and felt very rushed because the lady immediately went to the door behind me and locked it so no more customers could enter. She asked me if I was looking for anything in particular which I replied no. She then suggested a gift card. I was looking for a Christmas present not a piece of plastic. She could have let me look in peace. Horrible customer service."

"Have shopped at outlet store on 501 and associates at that location are nice and very helpful. Clerk at Coastal Town made comments about me while I was 10 feet away because I was comparing sizes of 2 different garments. You obviously need that job sister so I would watch how you treat customers so corporate doesn’t step in. Will never return to this location."
