"I have bought several things from Luxxe boutique in the past. On March 17th, after the St. Patrick’s festival, I went into Luxxe to look for a dress and my 3 year old nephew was with me. He needed to use the bathroom so I asked one of the girls working if there was a bathroom that he could use. She was very friendly and told me that I could use their bathroom (since it was urgent-she had blonde hair). When I came out the bathroom with my nephew, I was suddenly scolded by the other employee working (red headed women) saying “excuse me, that’s not a customer bathroom and you’re not supposed to use that” (very rudely and loud in front of other customers). I told her that the blonde headed girl told me that I could use it since my 3 year old nephew had an emergency. She looked at me and responded, “Close the door of the bathroom, it’s not a public restroom.” She was very hateful and rude. I walked out and never finished shopping. I hope this will provide insight about the employees working for Luxxe and that no other customer will ever have to experience this."
